Digital and Online Support
If you struggle to access our services, whether this is due to childcare, health needs or work commitments, Inspire’s digital team are here to help! Provided you have the technology needed, such as a smart phone or access to a computer, your entire Inspire Journey could be done digitally.
Under certain circumstances, there may be times where you need to come into our service – for example if we need to prescribe you medication. However, you can still access digital support alongside face to face appointments.
Refer yourself online to begin your Inspire journey today. Depending on your circumstances, you may be able to get the support you need without ever entering an Inspire building.
Our digital team can offer support via email, skype and telephone, so you can access support at a time and place that’s convenient for you.
Once you’ve met your goals, we’ll still stay in touch to check up on how you’re doing. This can be by email, social media or telephone – whatever works for you!

- Our Goal Setter can be downloaded, so you can set realistic and manageable goals to reduce your intake, and used with our Weekly Planner, can be the first step to reducing your drug or alcohol use.
